The American Thundercats Racing Federation (ATRF) was established to introduce, develop, and govern Thundercat powerboat racing in the United States. After more than three decades of success in countries such as South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, Thundercat racing has earned a reputation as one of the world’s most exciting, affordable, and competitive forms of powerboat racing. Until now, the sport has never had a dedicated national federation in the United States.

ATRF was founded with a clear vision: to build a sustainable future for Thundercat racing in America by creating a professional organization that supports racers, manufacturers, sponsors, event promoters, and local communities.
